Third Party Contact

Can Williams and Fudge, Inc. contact anyone else about my debt?

Williams & Fudge, Inc. may only discuss the debt with you (the consumer), your spouse (if permitted by state law), parents of a minor child, a legal guardian, and your attorney.

If an attorney is representing you, please provide the agency with the attorney’s name, address and phone number. Unless your attorney is unresponsive for a reasonable period of time, or provides consent, all further communication about the debt will be directed to the attorney.

Other third parties may be contacted for the purpose of obtaining location information (your address, home phone number & where you work), but a debt collector cannot discuss the debt with them unless you have given permission to do so.
